Refund Policy

Compavra sells digital assessment results that are delivered instantly. In plain terms:

• All sales are final once you have accessed or displayed your Signal, Report, or Compass tool, because the digital product has already been delivered.
• If a technical problem prevents delivery of what you paid for, contact us at hello@compavra.com within 7 days of purchase. If we cannot resolve it, a full refund may be issued where appropriate, at our discretion.
• Refunds are not provided for disagreeing with your results, a change of mind, subjective dissatisfaction, not reading the product description before buying, or abandoning an incomplete assessment after payment.
• Filing an unauthorized or fraudulent chargeback may result in suspension of your access to Compavra while the dispute is reviewed.
